Add affiliation details to your publication
To be able to recognize publications - articles, e-books, chapters, conference papers etc. - for bibliographic analysis, the address field of all UMCG scientific publications must contain the following string:
University of Groningen, University Medical Center Groningen, Department …., The Netherlands
This also counts for publications on which the UMCG has participated with a corresponding author outside the UMCG or the University Groningen. The addition of departmental details is recommended. The order is very important for the ranking of the university and the UMCG!
Vancouver style is a common style for the format / the layout of publications, for instance citations and references. Many journals follow the Vancouver style, but with small changes.
