Publish Open Access - the agreements with publishers: Cambridge UP

Everything you always wanted to know about open access

Outlines

No author's fee for most journals of Cambridge University Press

The universities in the Netherlands and Cambridge University Press have concluded a three-year agreement for the years 2017 - 2019, starting June 1.
Authors of the participating institutions (like the RUG/UMCG) can publish unlimited and for free in the journals of Cambridge University Press, in the hybrid journals as well as the true open access journals.

Some journals, mostly from societies, are excluded from the deal. However, corresponding authors can ask if they can publish open access in these journals, without charges.
