UMCG or RUG computer

If you work on an UMCG computer (or via UMCG Anywhere) you need to use a special shortcut: "Mendeley in Word" to use Mendeley to cite in your papers. Within "Mendeley in Word" you can find it under References (in Dutch: Verwijzingen).

When working from a RUG computer, the Mendeley plugin is already installed by default.

Laptop or PC at home
On your own laptop or PC you need to install the Mendeley Cite add-in. This can be done in Word if you go to Insert > Get Add-ins > Search for Mendeley. Or go to Mendeley Reference Manager and under 'tools' you will find a link to Mendeley Cite.
