Mendeley is a free reference manager and academic social network. It has options like 'cite as you write' and annotate your PDFs on any device. You can use the webbased version by creating a free account at mendeley.com.
You can also download Mendeley Desktop to use on your own computer. On university computers you can install this software using the UWP menu:
Library services -> Reference management ->install Mendeley Desktop.
