SmartCat is the Library search engine for students and staff of the University of Groningen. In SmartCat you will find the entire printed and electronic collection of the RUG Libraries. SmartCat is used for finding information sources such as journal articles, books, conference proceedings etc. SmartCat gives information about where material is located at the University of Groningen Library. It also gives holdings for other libraries in the Netherlands and abroad. SmartCat is much more than just a catalogue; it is a discovery tool.
