• De open access afspraken zijn gemaakt voor 348 hybride open access tijdschriften van OUP.
• Gebruik de Journal Browser om te bepalen of er een deal beschikbaar is.
• De volgende publicatietypen vallen binnen deze overeenkomst: original research, review articles, brief reports, case reports and clinical research. 
  Artikel die gepubliceerd worden in een supplement van een tijdschrift vallen NIET onder de deal. 
• Er is een plafond m.b.t het aantal artikelen dat van de deal gebruik kan maken.  We verwachten dat het artikelmaximum voor 2025 bij LWW in oktober bereikt zal zijn. Na dit moment zal de uitgever de kosten (APC's) voor het open access publiceren van geaccepteerde artikelen direct bij de indienende auteur in rekening brengen. Voor alternatieven, zie onze open access news blog.  

Hoe werkt het?

• De corresponderende auteur logt met zijn account in op Author Services van OUP.
• Na acceptatie van het artikel kiest de auteur via OUP’s online licensing and payment system, SciPris, voor een open access licentie.
• Een stap voor stap handleiding is te vinden op de website van de uitgever.
• De universiteit waarmee de corresponderende auteur geaffilieerd is moet het verzoek goedkeuren.

• The agreement for publishing in open access is put into action for 348 hybrid open access journals of OUP.
• Use the Journal Browser to determine if a deal is available
• Publication types that are part of the agreement: original research, review articles, brief reports, case reports and clinical research.
  Articles published in a journal supplement are NOT covered by the deal.
• There is a cap on the number of articles that can make use of the deal. We expect that in October the consortium article quota for 2025 with LWW will be reached. Please note that when the maximum has been reached, publishers will invoice individual authors for the open access fees (the APC) of their accepted manuscript. For alternative routes, see our open access news blog.

How does it work?

• The corresponding author logs on to Author Services of OUP with his personal credentials.
• After acceptance of the article he chooses via OUP’s online licensing and payment system, SciPris, for an open access license.
• A step by step instruction is available on the website of the publisher.
• The university to which the corresponding author is affiliated has to approve this request.
